Pick Up Hours
NOTICE*
PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO LOCATION WITHOUT SCHEDULING A SLOT TO COME IN OR CONTACTING US VIA DM OR EMAIL PRIOR TO PICK UP.
IMPORTANT ***All customers who pick up must come in with either their order invoice, email confirmation, and/or order number.
LOCATION PICK UP HOURS:
Monday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Friday: Closed
Saturday- Sunday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Every customer has a 2 week (14 day) deadline to pick up their package from the original day of purchase. This is to preserve the quality of products and to ensure that the goods are in perfect condition upon purchasing.
Note: Once the deadline of 14 days has expired and the order is still to be picked up. Your order will be forfeit and there will be no refunds/exchanges or store credit given back out as the warning above is strict and follows our shop Policy.
Please be sure to bring in any sort of confirmation in order for our team to ensure that you are the designated receiver of the following package(s). Failure to providing order confirmation or invoice email will lead to order cancellation/ or invalid pick up. Therefore you will have to reschedule another date for pick up bringing provided invoice and order # as required. Thank you.
What if I can’t pick up?
In the event you’re unable to pick up your order within the designated time frames listed above, you may request for someone to pick up your order for you. Same rules apply as for showing confirmation order # and/or email confirmation/ invoice. As well as recipients name for POP (proof of purchase).
