REFUND POLICY

*** ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THEREFORE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED. In the event that KawaiiXNii is responsible for any product issues, defects and/or errors, a replacement or refund can be requested. ***

Due to the nature of the products and safety of materials we do not allow any exchanges. All KawaiiXNii products are kept in a sanitized and sterile environment.    

PLEASE ENSURE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS ARE ORDERED CORRECTLY, AS WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO ORDERS BEFORE THEY ARE DISTRIBUTED WITHIN THE FIRST 2 HOURS UPON ORDERING. 

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

We allow up to 10 days upon receiving your package to notify us via email incase there are any issues regarding your order. You can contact us at Kawaiixniicustomer.service@gmail.com

If your request is accepted, we will send you further instruction, as well as guidelines on how to issue a refund and/or replacement. Items sent back to us without firstly disclosing the issue will not be accepted.

CUSTOMER & CLIENT SAFETY ALONG WITH PRODUCT HYGIENE IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY!

Please inspect your order upon receiving the items and contact us immediately if ONLY the item is defective, damaged or in the unlikely event you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or non tangible items (e.g. gift credits)

Through purchasing any item sold by KAWAIIXNII, the consumer expressly warrants that they are in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of item(s).

It will be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, shown or sold.

Consumer further warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older, and understands that some items sold by KAWAIIXNII are at risk of being dangerous or flammable if misused.

Some items may contain small pieces which can be hazardous to small children if not properly maintained add directed. Buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KAWAIIXNII for injuries which may result from the use of products sold by KAWAIIXNII.
