WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is placed you will receive a separate email with your tracking # once the order has been shipped out. 

Order processing and delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days domestic (business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays). ETA (estimated time arrival) on delivery may be extended during holiday seasons, product launch/restocks, limited edition releases/promotional offers or preorder item(s).

***Please note, KAWAIIXNII is not deemed responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, (but not limited to) the following: duties/custom taxes, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays and/or transfers; from the following UPS, FEDEX, DHL to domestic/US mail carriers.***

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS CUSTOM ORDERS? 

In the event of high volume orders, processing times for certain items may take up to 3-6 business days. ***PLEASE NOTE these processing times do not include shipping dates. Items such as Kawaii custom phone cases and press ons, are subjected to longer processing times as each item is individually hand made to order. Please be patient as we are working as hard as we can to fulfill each and every single order placed. Thank you for the support, we greatly appreciate you! 

KAWAIIXNII reserves the right to make any changes to our processing dates at any given time without prior notice. We also have the right to close our commissions at any given time, due to high demand. In the event that commissions for customs do get shut down temporarily, KAWAIIXNII will announce updates via Instagram and on our website. 

 

DO WE ALLOW REFUNDS/RETURNS?

Due to our concern and main priority being product hygiene and customer health safety; sales are absolutely final. Therefore, we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations and/or returns. KAWAIIXNII®️reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Prior to placing in your order, please confirm that all your info provided including, (but not limited to) your shipping address, name, phone number, payment information and item/product(s) selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. 

WHAT IF I MADE AN ERROR IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

KAWAIIXNII is not responsible for packages that get returned to our facility due to incorrect shipping address , carrier not being able to locate the recipient, and/or other external issues. In order for your package to be shipped out to the correct shipping address, the customer/card holder will be responsible for paying the extra charges for RESHIPMENT to the revised shipping address (regardless of any warranted free/promotional or reduced shipping costs).

Once the package arrives to our facility, a team member will contact you within 1-2 business days via email to confirm re-shipment address. INCASE the balance total is unable to be met within the due timeframe; package will be disregarded/cancelled and a refund will be made ONLY covering the cost of products; meaning shipping and shipping label expenses will be deducted due to the inconvenience. Thank you. 

HOW DO I STAY UPDATED ON UPCOMING PRODUCT DROPS AND RESTOCKS? 

New product launches and restock information are regularly posted on our official Instagram account @KawaiixNii. You may also sign up to receive our e-newsletter to stay up to date on our new product launches, restock dates, sales and promotional offers! You don’t want to miss out on discounts and special deals! 

Fraudulent Charges?(friendly fraud/ Charge Backs)


KAWAIIXNII tracks all purchases/orders and all detailed records are kept. We take the privacy and protection of our consumers very serious.

If by placing in a order while having already received your item - in the event the buyer files in that charges are fraudulent and claims for a chargeback, KAWAIIXNII reserves the rights to and will take legal action against the consumer held responsible. 

Fraudulent chargebacks are just another form of theft. KAWAIIXNII is and will take consumers to court over fraudulent chargebacks, and many jurisdictions will pursue criminal charges for chargeback-related fraud.

 

DO YOU OFFER PR PACKAGES OR BRAND DEALS?

Currently we do not offer any PR packages and we are not accepting any brand deal offers. Due to limited stock and exclusive launches, stocked products are now only available for purchase for online shoppers. We hope in the future we are able to work with other brands and collaborate.

MY PACKAGE CAME IN DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO? 

In the unlikely event that product(s) and/or package arrives to the recipient damaged, the customer is responsible for contacting customer service within 48 hours of carrier delivery date. Customer MUST include proof images of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email and packing slip if accessible. Our team will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please refrain from throwing out any damaged items until the carrier has resolved your claim. ***Please note that KAWAIIXNII®️ is not and will not be held responsible for any damaged and/or lost packages that occurred during transit or by the mail carriers. No refunds or store credit will be offered as all packages include carrier insurance.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CREDIT?

Yes, we do offer store credit incase you want to gift it to someone special! You may find our gift credit section under Home - Collections - Gift card. Our credits have no expiry date, and can be redeemed at checkout within any period of time.
